Approval of Amendments R1
In accordance with s42 of the Land Use Planning & Approvals Act 1993, the Tasmanian Planning Commission has granted final approval to Amendment R1, 1 to 18/09 - Planning Scheme Review (as modified by TPC) to the Northern Midlands Planning Scheme 1995. The date of approval was 13-Nov-2009. The modified amendment and the TPC's report can be viewed on Council's website http://www.northernmidlands.tas.gov.au, or a copy requested from Council's Planning Section.
