NOTICE OF PROPOSED BY-LAWS

In accordance with the provisions of Section 157 of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given in respect to the proposed By-Laws:-

• Display of Goods on a Highway By-Law No1 of 2009
• On-Street Dining By-Law No 2 of 2009
• Freestanding Sign By-Law No 3 of 2009

Following the initial community consultation on these draft By-Laws, a copy of them together with the Regulatory Impact Statements accompanied by Certificates of Approval,  as issued by the Director of Local Government, are available for inspection at the Council Offices at Longford, Post Office at Perth, Evandale, Campbell Town, Ross and Avoca or download below.

Submissions are again invited from any person in respect of the making of the proposed By-Laws and are to be forwarded to the General Manager by Monday 28 September 2009.
