We have a range of exciting career opportunities available, from office based positions to hands-on, operational outdoor opportunities.  Some of which require qualifications and previous experience and others that are entry level positions.

The following information is designed to help you understand our selection process, so that you are able to put your best case forward for our consideration.

All applications for employment must be clear and concise as this is the first step in demonstrating your skills, qualifications and experience for the advertised vacancy.  Your application should include a cover letter that introduces yourself and details your reasons for applying for the position.  This should be accompanied by a current resume and a statement addressing the selection criteria which demonstrates your ability to meet the essential requirements of the position. 

Merit based selection techniques and suitability for the position are applied throughout the selection process.  This simply means that the merit of each applicant is assessed against the position description, the written application, selection criteria response and performance at interview.  The successful applicant is the one who through this process is deemed to be most suitable for the position and who best demonstrates their ability to be able to fulfill the requirements of the role.
